2025-26 Admissions
Re-registration (for existing Bayaan students): 20th July 2025
The first term fee must be paid by 14th August through the parent portal. This will secure a place at the Bayaan Academy for the next academic year.

New admissions request only
The new admission form will be open from the 31st of July 2025 onwards and will close on 23rd of August 2025 as follows:
- Reception (born between 1st September 2020 and 31st August 2021): Reception admission will be offered a place on a first-come basis. Parents will receive an email to make a payment before the beginning of the new academic year.
- In year entries (new admission request of the students, between Yr 1- Yr 9)

Assessment for new admissions
All new admission students (except the Reception class) must have already filled in the above admissions form.
Qualifying assessments for new admissions (except Reception students) will be held in Altrincham Masjid’s main hall:
Sunday 31st August 2025 from 10:30am onwards till 1:00pm

Bayaan Primary
Bayaan caters to primary school pupils aged 4 to 11. Pupils are placed in classes according to their Qur’anic reading ability. Islamic Studies pupils are grouped corresponding to school year group/age.
Classes range from Reception to Year 6.
Primary class timings are:
- Reception: 10.00am - 12.00pm (Sunday only)
- Class 1 to 6: Friday 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm
- Class 1 to 3: Sunday 10 am to 1.30 pm
- Class 4 to 6: Sunday 10.10 am to 1.40 pm

Bayaan Secondary
Bayaan caters to secondary school children aged 11 to 16. Pupils are placed in classes according to their Qur’an reading ability. Islamic Studies is grouped to correspond to school year groups/age.
Secondary class timings are:
- 9.45 am - 1.30 pm Islamic Studies for Years 7 & 8 And Quran for all
- 9.45 am - 11.15 am GCSE 1 (for Year 9 and above pupils)
